Recently, the International Ocean Engineering Training Center (SIOETC), together with Shandong Maritime Vocational College, provided financial support to hold a student led ocean themed mural festival; SIOETC not only demonstrated their deep concern for the ocean industry, but also provided sponsorship support for the student ocean themed wall painting festival at Shandong Maritime Vocational College. This not only stimulates students' love for art, but also aims to promote marine energy, inherit marine culture, and raise awareness of marine environmental protection.

"The event, with the theme of "co drawing blue dreams and conveying ocean sentiments", attracted the active participation of excellent art students from Shanhai Academy. With the help of professional art guidance and on campus teachers, students use exquisite painting skills to present the vastness and grandeur of the ocean, the rich and diverse creatures in the ocean, and the splendor of ocean culture on the campus walls. These murals not only showcase the artistic talents of the students, but also convey their love for the ocean and concern for marine ecological protection through illustrated forms.

The International Ocean Engineering Training Center (SIOETC), established in 2018, is a state-owned private mixed ownership enterprise of a joint-stock international standardization and safety training center.
