The International Ocean Engineering Training Center (SIOETC), established in 2018, is a state-owned private mixed system international standardized safety training center. The center is committed to serving China's basic national policy of "the the Belt and Road", combining international advanced training experience and management experience, and meeting the standards certification of many international and domestic organizations.
