SIOETC International Ocean Engineering Training Center is an independent third-party training and certification organization specializing in safety and quality. We are dedicated to delivering internationally recognized professional services across a broad range of industries, including offshore engineering, maritime transport, energy, manufacturing, engineering technologies, and aviation.
SIOETC holds certifications and authorizations from several internationally respected bodies, including: OPITO (Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization), GWO (Global Wind Organisation), IOSH(Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board, Canada), Co-TECC Education Partner and Nebosh Learning partner.
We offer comprehensive training and auditor certification programs for international management systems, supporting organizations and professionals in strengthening system capabilities, complying with regulatory requirements, and aligning with global standards.
Each year, SIOETC trains over 2,000 Chinese participants and more than 200 international professionals.
