随着人类活动的加剧，全球气候变暖、海洋酸化、海洋污染已经成为威胁人类生存的环境问题。其中，海洋垃圾问题已经成为世界海域的顽疾，全世界没有一条海岸线不受到海洋垃圾的污染。据统计，每年新增的塑料垃圾就达到近800万吨。

With the intensification of human activities, global warming, ocean acidification and ocean pollution have become environmental problems that threaten human existence. Among them, the problem of marine garbage has become a chronic disease in the world waters, and there is no coastline in the world that is not polluted by marine garbage. According to statistics, the newly added plastic waste reaches nearly 8 million tons every year.

海洋垃圾不仅导致数以万计的海洋生物受伤甚至死亡，在海中分解的微粒或毒素还会通过海产品或直接接触返回到人类身上，从而影响健康。

Marine garbage not only causes tens of thousands of marine organisms to be injured or even killed, but also particles or toxins decomposed in the sea can be returned to humans through seafood or direct contact, thus affecting health.

保护海洋环境已迫在眉睫！

联合国环境署于2017年2月发起了清洁海洋全球倡导活动。

UNEP launched the Global Advocacy for Clean Oceans in February 2017.

在过去几年中，清洁海洋已发展成为全球最大规模的防治海洋垃圾污染倡议。如今，已有60个国家签署这一倡议，覆盖了世界60％以上的海岸线。

In the past few years, Clean Ocean has developed into the world's largest initiative to prevent marine garbage pollution. Today, 60 countries have signed this initiative, covering more than 60% of the world's coastlines.

倡议不断催生变革，推动各国政府出台“禁塑”/“减塑”政策和法规，督促行业减少塑料使用&重新设计塑料包装，呼吁消费者改变“用过即丢”的一次性生活方式，要求公共和私营部门采取更多行动。

The initiative constantly promotes changes, urges governments of various countries to introduce policies and regulations of "banning plastics"/"reducing plastics", urges industries to reduce the use of plastics & redesign plastic packaging, calls on consumers to change the disposable lifestyle of "disposable", and requires public and private sectors to take more actions.

山东国际海洋工程培训中心位于山东省潍坊市滨海经济技术开发区，已成为国际海洋石油工业培训组织、全球风能组织、国际清污组织、国际应急管理学会、中国海工联盟的合作伙伴，是中国为数不多的OPITO培训中心及全球风能组织认证中心，中心颁发认证全球通用。

Shandong International Offshore Engineering Training Center, located in Weifang Binhai Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shandong Province, has become a partner of the International Offshore Oil Industry Training Organization, the Global Wind Energy Organization, the International Pollution Cleaning Organization, the International Emergency Management Society and the China Offshore Alliance. It is one of the few OPITO training centers and the certification center of the global wind energy organization in China, and the certification issued by the center is universal.

为进一步增强广大职工的环保意识，继承和发扬志愿服务精神，营造人人参与创建国家卫生城市的良好氛围。5月13日上午，山东国际海洋工程培训中心志愿者在公司副总张志华的带领下来到潍坊市滨海区欢乐海沙滩，开展“清洁岸滩，爱护海洋”公益日活动，清理沙滩垃圾，让海岸线恢复清洁，让我们享有一个洁净、美丽的海滩环境，以实际行动呼吁大家增强环保意识，共建美丽家园。

In order to further enhance the environmental awareness of the employees, inherit and carry forward the spirit of voluntary service, and create a good atmosphere for everyone to participate in the creation of a national health city. On the morning of May 13th, volunteers from Shandong International Ocean Engineering Training Center, led by Zhang Zhihua, vice president of the company, went to Joy Sea Beach, Binhai District, Weifang City, to carry out the public welfare day of "Clean Beach, Care for the Ocean", clean up the beach garbage, make the coastline clean again, and let us enjoy a clean and beautiful beach environment. With practical actions, we call on everyone to enhance their awareness of environmental protection and build beautiful homeland together.

当天上午，志愿者们一来到海滩，立即拿着垃圾袋、工具夹、铲子等迅速投入环保行动中，对欢乐海附近的海滩进行地毯式的清洁。大家干劲十足，全神贯注、一丝不苟地捡拾沙滩上的饮料瓶、塑料袋、烟头、包装纸、瓶盖等生活垃圾，不放过任何一个要“收拾”的目标，不一会儿，手里拎的垃圾袋就装满了，本中心培训部副部长刘政与其他教练负责将垃圾运送到指定地点。虽然又脏又累，但是看着海滩在自己的手中正在变得干净起来，大家都非常满足和高兴。不少在沙滩上游玩的游客也纷纷驻足观望，投来赞许的目光。

On the morning of the same day, as soon as the volunteers came to the beach, they immediately took garbage bags, tool clips, shovels, etc. and quickly threw themselves into the environmental protection action to carpet clean the beach near Joy Sea. Everyone was full of energy, absorbed and meticulous in picking up domestic garbage such as beverage bottles, plastic bags, cigarette butts, wrapping paper, bottle caps, etc. on the beach, not letting go of any goal to "clean up". In a short time, the garbage bags in their hands were full. Liu Zheng, deputy director of the training department of the center, and other coaches were responsible for transporting the garbage to the designated place. Although it is dirty and tired, everyone is very satisfied and happy to see that the beach is becoming clean in their own hands. Many tourists who are playing on the beach have also stopped to watch and cast their eyes of approval.

 “虽然太阳很晒，但是大家的热情很高，觉得这样的活动很有意义，看到海岸线的垃圾‘图斑’被消除，点点零落的垃圾被清理，沙滩恢复洁净，心中满满是胜利与喜悦。”本中心培训部部长李继浩说道。"

Although the sun is shining, everyone's enthusiasm is very high, and they think this kind of activity is very meaningful. Seeing that the garbage' map spots' on the coastline have been eliminated, bits and pieces of garbage have been cleaned up, and the beach has been restored to cleanliness, their hearts are full of victory and joy." Li Jihao, Minister of Training Department of the Center, said.

中心负责人Amanda表示，“守护海岸线活动不是一次性活动，也不是一个人的活动，而是每个人都应该参加的活动，今天我们来到海边，通过净滩行动守护美丽的家园，希望更多的志愿者能够参与我们的行动。”

Amanda, the head of the center, said, "Protecting the coastline is not a one-off activity, nor a one-person activity, but an activity that everyone should take part in. Today, we came to the seaside to protect our beautiful home through the clean beach action, hoping that more volunteers can participate in our action."

据悉，本次清理行动，共清理沙滩各类垃圾40余袋，主要是涉及从海上及海岸线周边养殖海域漂来的塑料瓶、包装袋、海藻、泡沫、养殖用竹竿、地笼、渔网等垃圾。

It is reported that in this clean-up operation, more than 40 bags of various kinds of garbage on the beach were cleaned, mainly involving plastic bottles, packaging bags, seaweed, foam, bamboo poles for cultivation, ground cages, fishing nets and other garbage floating from the sea and the aquaculture waters around the coastline.

本次活动历经3个多小时，最后大家把垃圾分类打包运到垃圾存放点，经过清理过的这一片海滩一下子变得清洁靓丽。希望通过此次活动影响更多的人加入环保队伍，积极参与到环境保护中来，保护青山绿水、碧海蓝天，爱护自己的美好家园。

This activity lasted for more than 3 hours, and finally, everyone sorted and packed the garbage and transported it to the garbage storage point. The cleaned beach suddenly became clean and beautiful. It is hoped that this activity will influence more people to join the environmental protection team, actively participate in environmental protection, protect the green mountains, green waters, blue seas and blue skies, and take good care of their beautiful homes.
